Whakanui do not collect or ask for any personal information on this site in relation to paying online for contracted services. If you place an order for services with Whakanui then, upon checkout, our secure payment processor, PayPal, will request details of your name, address, and contact details. These details will be made available to us so that we may fulfil your order. We do not use these details for any other purpose, and they will not be passed on, traded, or disseminated by other means.
Upon checkout, PayPal will also ask for your card/bank payment details or your PayPal login details. None of this information is made available to Whakanui, and is totally secure with PayPal.
Access to Information
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 to cover costs incurred by us in providing you with the information.
